Air Filter

Compressed Air Filters

Kaeser Air Filters
  • Capacities: 20 to 21,250 scfm
  • Pressures: up to 900 psig
On average, ambient air contains about 190 million particles of dirt, hydrocarbons, viruses and bacteria per cubic foot. The majority of these contaminants enter the compressor and may still be present in the resulting compressed air. If the air is not properly cleaned, these contaminants can damage pneumatic machinery and air tools, or even wind up in the end product.

Kaeser offers a complete line of filters including: filtered separators, particulate filters, oil removal filters, extra fine oil removal filters and vapor adsorbers.

Important features and advantages:
Membrane Dryers

Membrane Dryers

  • Model: KMM Series
  • A wide range of air flow capacities are available - Pressures: up to 200 psig
The Kaeser Modular Membrane Dryer (KMM) produces pressure dewpoints to -40°F. It is perfect for small to medium compressed air systems. KMM's do not require electricity or cooling water, which simplifies installation even in existing systems. They are particularly effective in reaching low pressure dewpoints when used with a refrigerated dryer and installed at the point of use.

Efficiency and Dependability
The KMM dryer provides many advantages over conventional membrane dryer models. The "inflow" design ensures outstanding drying results by effectively removing moisture, enhancing pressure stability and reducing ...

High Temperature After filters

Kaeser HTA Series high temperature afterfilters are designed to hold a large amount of desiccant fines without plugging. The result is long cartridge life, even when installed downstream of heated type dryers using highly friable desiccant.

Compressed air leaves a desiccant dryer containing dust concentrations typically in the range of up to 0.05ppm by weight in heatless type dryers and up to 5 ppm by weight in heated type dryers. Particle size ranges from 200 microns to about 1 micron. This desiccant laden compressed air enters the filter housing where a reduction in air velocity and a sharp change of direction cause particles in the range of 200 to 20 microns to drop to the bottom of the ...

Activated Carbon Towers

  • Models: KAT Series
  • Capactities: 60-5500 scfm
Kaeser's activated carbon towers (KATs) virtually eliminate hydrocarbon vapors in compressed air. These single tower pressure vessels are filled with activated carbon adsorbent that adsorbs contaminants onto the surface of its internal pores. KATs are ideally suited for food and pharmaceuticals processing, and microprocessor manufacturing.

  • Removes oil vapor and the oily smell associated with compressed air
  • Large carbon beds ensure sufficient contact time and reduce oil vapor content to 0.01 ppm w/w
  • Highly-efficient activated carbon adsorber beds last in excess of 8000 hours
Separate fill and drain ports allow easy carbon replacement - no ...

Oil Mist Eliminators

  • Capacities: 125 to 3000 scfm at 100 psig
  • Pressures: up to 200 psig
Oil Mist Eliminators (OME) from Kaeser offer an economical and effective way to filter oil aerosols and water droplets from compressed air systems, protecting both products and critical equipment from contamination. The OMEs feature a low pressure drop (0.5 to 1 psi), a long cartridge life, and virtually maintenance-free performance. Elements carry a 5-year warranty.

Important features and advantages:
  • Protects products and equipment from contamination
  • Differential pressure gauge
  • Heavy-duty ASME stamped pressure vessel
  • Floor stand
Optional accessories include a wide selection of automatic condensate drains and a high ...
